(2012-11-13) Yesterday I did ten minutes of warm up followed by 3 sets 10 reps of Swings, Squats and snatches. Round 2 of the annual PM took place. I also caught up on house chores and some administrative stuff – by the time I was done it was either shower or post. I showered.
Today I jogged 2 miles and did Annual PM round 3 – I think I should have everything wrapped up by the end of the week.
